Vivid Imagination is a hands-on video marketing, social media and PR agency in Albany, NY. We help local and growing businesses across the Capital Region build attention, reputation and real-world traffic — by getting inside the business, not managing it from a desk.
Some projects mean more than a campaign. We live here, we work here, and we donate video, design and marketing support to organizations doing meaningful work in the community. Nobody pays for it.

Vivid Imagination is a hands-on video marketing and PR agency built around a simple idea: marketing should actually help move a business forward.
We specialize in video, social media, PR, advertising, event promotion, local visibility and reputation. But we don't believe great marketing happens from behind a desk. We get inside the businesses we represent — filming on location, learning the staff and customers, covering events, developing partnerships and finding the opportunities that never show up on a content calendar.
Our work spans nightlife, restaurants, dessert, retail, cannabis, fitness, product brands, chambers, events and community organizations — proudly serving the 518's small and large-scale businesses, and beyond.
Social is part of the strategy.
Ads are part of the strategy.
Google is part of the strategy.
PR is part of the strategy.
The business is the strategy.
Every piece should have a reason for existing.

When Vivid works with your business, people from our team are assigned to it. You're talking to people who know your staff, your upcoming events, what we've filmed, what's working and what we're trying next.
We'll also work directly with owners and employees — helping people get comfortable on camera, finding the personalities worth featuring, and building recurring content that actually sounds like the business.
An event becomes a PR opportunity. The PR becomes content. The content becomes ad creative. The ads bring people to the next event. And every one of those roads leads to the same place: people. The ones who show up, leave reviews, post about it and tell someone.
We don't treat these as separate services. Social, ads, Google, PR and in-person marketing are all parts of one thing — and that thing is your business.
A separate side of what we do, for the brands that need it. Not every business does — but if you want to sell on TikTok Shop or eBay Live, we get you set up: we build your shop, work directly with the platform's team, build the set and the gear, find and train the people on camera, produce the product content, and can fulfill orders from our warehouse.
The best ideas don't come from staring at your Instagram account from an office. They come from understanding the business. We're there to see what's happening, meet the people behind it, cover the events, and find the opportunities that wouldn't show up on a content calendar.
We care about the views that can actually walk through the door.
A million views from people hundreds of miles away don't help a local business. Views and engagement matter, but we're looking past them toward customers, foot traffic, inquiries, bookings, sales, reviews, event attendance and the reputation people see when they search your name.
Great-looking content isn't enough. If our work isn't contributing to the business, we need to figure out why.
You don't need to know the marketing terminology. Tell us about the business and what you're trying to do. A real person reads it and gets back to you.
